That’s the 2/2015 class in a nutshell lol, the class after us lost a 1/3 before the end of 2015. I’m pretty sure that class only has a couple left still at NJA.

Just to update, netjets is currently conducting multiple interviews. The pilots may be going into a pool, but they are interviewing 50-100 candidates.

What a joke. No class dates, just another bunch of empty promises. And if any of those shlubs are unlucky enough to actually get hired, it's off to professional purgatory until they someday realize their horrible mistake and muster enough self worth to find a real job. as NJA goes through its "fleet optimization" plan; less planes = less crews needed. Until you start seeing plane for plane replacement (not happening), crews are becoming dispensable.

His words are harsh but not that far off. Lots of warning signs at NetJets for any FO and the problems are only compounding. This whole "righting the ship" BS sounds good to the blind wishful thinkers, and gives some hope, but shrinking in 2017 is not the answer. It may may the next downturn less harsh, but the company is still very much living on a thin edge. It can't fix its planes, it cant expand, it is way way way behind replacing the fleet, and no hiring even though there is continued attrition.

Guys with 10-12 years at NetJets are so close to the chopping block still. Way closer than they should be, but you can thank mismanagement for that.

And BuckeyeFO is an awesome dude. Just another example of a great guy that NetJets has beaten down.

You make the same case in a far more cogent and reasonable manner , than Bucky and there is merit in your arguments, but don't apologize for Bucky , he is a big boy , but brother I have to laugh about the Net Jets beat down , I'm on the mighty XL and yes , there are challenging days , but there are good days too, cheers out : )
