I personally averaged 11-14% above base on my W-2 for the last 4 years. Being junior might have something to do with it. I get the junior 7/7 schedule every year that works most holidays. That holiday pay adds up in a hurry. Good Friday/Easter weekend is nice coin with 2 holidays.

Are the Phenom, XL and Sovereign still the likely first assignment airplanes? How hard do they work relative to other fleet types?
I actually sat in one of your Phenoms recently to confirm the "tight fit" reputation and I can confirm it. I really like that Garmin 3000 but there very little room up front.
