Has anyone done the online "emotional intelligence" quiz yet? Message me with some info on that if you can.

Thanks guys, I will see what Monday brings. I would hope that a company like NetJets sends out a "no thank you" email to let you know.
So my motto is "no news is good news" for now
Would be great from to hear from the guys that have been to the interview at Columbus.

The most junior PIC has been an Aug '05 hire....and that was into the Beechjet.....
And that was when NJA had 500 aircraft...
Until recently (maybe 2 years or so) they were down to 390 a/c give or take.. Combine the loss of 100 a/c with aircraft disposals, and additions to the fleet and you can do the math..
Relatively young PIC group..... Few PIC's leaving
The idea that NJA is growing is a misnomer.... They are slowly creeping towards where they used to be...if there weren't so many bypasses to recall they would not be hiring.... Then ask yourself why are there so many bypasses.....
My guess is 8-10 years into the smallest a/c they got

Dude give it a rest , you love 121 , we get it, NJA has its challenges, we get it, to everybody lurking, it's not a bad gig we are in the midst of a titanic struggle to make it better, meanwhile the airlines and everybody else is hiring so nobody has to be unhappy anywhere, it's all good !!! Cheers out !!!

So, armed with the knowledge that a new hire will literally never upgrade here (no mandatory retirement age), why would anyone want to go work there? Isn't this just another dead end job? Or are people just grabbing the free type rating and leaving? I would expect the turnover for new hires to be extremely high within their first 1-2 years.
