Cool, let's add your 7 hour "half day Saturday". 4 units is 115.40, X 52 weeks a year is 6 grand extra. Woo woo. 52 days worked for 6 grand extra. Nice job sharpshooting a small detail instead of looking at the big picture. Do you have anything actually intelligent to say? Pointing that out in no way negates my argument.

Well go ahead and give me a math lesson. Show me how an equal amount of time spent flying an AMF plane doesn't make more than an equal amount of time spent flying a similar type in the business world. I'll be waiting.

I am honestly not trying to be mean, and I am not sure how long you have been at AMF, but I nor anyone else can be the one to convince you to leave. You have to see the value in yourself, and the value to your career. If you don't see that value, I can't convince you otherwise, nor would I try. You have to do whats best for you, but like I said, I think anyone who does so is selling themselves short, that is an absolute fact if you look at it in the long term.
