Call 1-800-800-4JET and ask to speak with someone in pilot hiring. Ask for the name and extension number. I'm sure they are being flooded with resumes and with the change of personnel it's difficult to answer every phone call. Just be persistant. Good luck!

Yeah, its not working so good for me. I doubled up and mailed my cover letter/ resume.
