They advertise FO minimums as something like 800 TT, but a friend of mine was offered a position with less.
They do like to see 135 PIC minimums, and if you just about meet the ATP mins that's even better. I'm 50 hrs short on x-country >50 nm, but meet all other req's and have the written done. I got an email the other day asking how I'd feel about a January class...

I figure ill have between 500-550 TT and 125 MEL by april. Debating on holding off on my CFI and just dropping resumes with that amount of time. I have about 400TT now and 50 MEL but i will prob wait until I pass 600 to apply.

500TT isn't going to get you too many bites, to be honest. Get your CFI.

i got hired w less than that late 2008. never hurts just to throw it in there and keep updating it

NightIP has it right. Get your CFI. It'll come in handy when you get furloughed at some point in your career.
