At least that's what they're telling us from Elkhart.

Are they still getting more Hawkers with the 604s as well?

Also, I have heard that new-hires go into both the BE40 and Hawker based on the need at the time. If hired into the right seat of the BE40, is there ever a way to upgrade into the left seat of the Hawker for the better captain pay?

I heard that they tend to try and keep you on airframe, but I am sure it is possible. Sounds like upgrades are happening there really quick too.

I have multiple friends working at TMC. I had my stuff in for a few years with no call. I started bugging my friend who works there and he flew with the chief pilot on a trip and a week later, I got a call. I did a 45 minute phone interview then the next day had an email inviting me for an interview a few weeks later. I did the interview in early February and got offered a class the following day for a March class. We talked on the phone and I declined the march class but accepted a July class.

Something to think about when considering TMC.

I sent in my two-week notice. I had to leave for personal reasons.
I spoke with the CP, all was well. I told him I would work until my last day
The day came when I was supposed to get my ticket to fly out, nothing came. I called in to find out what was going on, they decided not to use me for my last two weeks. Apparently, they do this to everyone. You send in your notice then they take it personally and you don't get paid for two weeks.

Is there a training contract? And how much is it?

Thanks

That is 100% illegal.
