Does anyone know what the current upgrade time for FO is at PHX. Website says 4-6 months, does this hold true for PHX? Interested in a FO position but could not sustain that salary for much longer than 6 months.

Depends on your starting hours. PHX FOs are getting 50-60 hours a month at the moment.

Is there enough movement that most FO are upgrading once reaching 135 IFR mins?

is it still bad at boutique to commute? i'm moving in january to FL with my GF, but would rather fly a PC12 than instruct. Is commuting still as bad as it was a few months back? Do they accept low hour FOs? I have 3 recommendation letters from when I was a Supervisor at a Major European Airline in New York?

Thanks guys, just another low time pilot trying to figure out where to go.

I don't expect them to be accommodating to commuting everyday. My plan is to rent a room or apartment near the base then commute for the weekend... Assuming they ever pull me out of the hiring pool.

Just wondering if anybody knows when they will do call backs. I had a phone interview in October and I'm still waiting. I was told if I didn't hear anything in 3 weeks that I would need to follow up. I have called and e-mailed and heard nothing. Can anyone help me with this
