Asking for a soon to be retired AA guy. He's applied via the web site and never heard anything back. Lives in ATL. Wants to work at a place like Boutique. Anyone know if Boutique is interested in former-121 >65 guys? Any suggestions on how to get noticed?

Thanks

Just some notes for everyone:

Had the HR interview with Monique. She said to expect a call for the technical interview in the next 5-8 weeks...I got called about 24 hours later. Also they're really recruiting for the new Baltimore run.

How did it go? I'm in the scheduling phase for the first interview for a captain spot. Anything to share about the interview experience? I put down Denver but may be willing to take a Baltimore base.

How many hours do pilots usually have when offered the FO position? Any possibility of hiring a fresh 250tt commercial pilot?

See my other thread - 500 TT+ and instructor experience helps. Getting hired with a fresh commercial is almost impossible.

The FOs in my ground school varied from ~400-1000 I think.
