Received the call today! SIC offer. I'm unavailable until after May 12 so I'm hopeful the May class is the 14th. If not I'll be able to do June. Still wanting to exercise options but as of now this is the better of the two offers I've got.

BWI- Overnights
I was also looking at the schedules.
It appears that crews might overnight in Albany. Is that correct?
Looking at the times possibly a short 9 hour overnight?
From searching the threads it seems the crew houses are an issue.
Has anyone stayed at the crew house utilized for BWI crews?
Thank you,
Zionmoon

Pretty standard pilot uniform unless things have changed dramatically in the last month. They get their stuff from A Cut Above, but they're just black slacks and a standard pilot shirt. Epaulets are silver.

The new house for people in training in Denver is basically a flop house- think beds in the living room. Plenty clean, though.

Not a very positive sign for me. Especially if that is what is considered "new".
Glad to hear it is clean though.

Crew housing varies a lot by base- I never made it over to BWI. The crew house in Inyokern was actually super nice, but that route is gone. Pendleton's crew house was SUPER old and definitely haunted, but the station manager works her butt off to keep it as nice as she can.

Merced and Oakland were really nice. I'd be surprised if BWI actually had one given that it is the crew base. The only crew house in the actual base that I know of is Denver, and that one has some stipulations to use.
