CLT reserve time will not be likely to decrease as some of the lines at the new bases are supposedly coming from CLT. Fewer lines equals more people on reserve.
The already low reserve times in DCA and DAY may go even lower as DC will lose some people that drive and are equidistant to ORF, DC may lose some NE commuters to PHL, and DAY will probably lose some people to PHL that currently commute to DAY.

Every base is a game of musical chairs with the number of chairs and dancers constantly changing. The two new bases have a total of 50 captain and 50 FO spots to start. CLT has over 300. Seems unlikely it's going to make big changes until/unless those bases grow substantially and even then it depends on whether they grow from growth or shifting away from other bases.

In our combined example there would be 65 R1, 10 BU, 7 LCR, and 48 SCR lines. I'm hoping the LCR ratio sees an increase with the alleged reserve improvement bargaining.
