A new hire would need 150 - 140 people ahead of them to leave in order to hold a line at DCA. Only 10 FO’s a month are being upgraded on average. 8 vacancies for January and 0 were for DCA. Do the math, it’s going to be more than what a recruiter tells you.

1.5 - 2 years for CLT, 9-12 months for PHL, 9+ months for Dayton (Dayton is going to close sometime in the near future). Dayton is the most junior and not commutable. Keep in mind training alone will take at least 5 months with current delays

not knowable

when the post-covid hiring environment has been going 18 months you’ll have an idea.

it will be better than it looks now. Time to X is a poor metric right after a year long hiring pause
