What happens if/when US Airways decides to park all of your CRJ-200s? Will you bend over again for Parker? You'll have a net decrease in aircraft for your longevity caps and 30% increase in health care costs.

There is nothing in your contract that prevents this from happening.
You're correct. But then I see no change from my current life. So I voted as a glass half full voter that it happens as planned. If not, then I see no difference. So really my rationalization on this whole matter is if it happens as planned this place will explode and it will be good. If not, then life stays the same.

Yes I've seen that PSA pilots are apparently thinking at a 7th grade level.

- Record profits
- Larger regional jets = lower CASM
- Shortage of qualified pilots
- No bankruptcy
- New TA for less than a year
- Relatively junior pilot group, low longevity costs

All of that somehow means that concessions are necessary, PSA got played.

Only if the merger occurs and the AC get delivered would your statement be true. If true then peoplemovers statements become true as well.

The language is very conditional, I think your entire pilot group is in for a big shock when US airways destroys the ponies and rainbows you think you are getting.

It was a stupid vote. There is no way you can spin it into a positive. You sold out every pilot group for promises.

Promises that if they are made, life will improve dramatically for most of the pilot group. It's funny how all the negativity from outside groups is based on one party not following the written contract. If that happens, correct, it will suck. And in the likely event everything goes as planned, a majority of PSA makes out very well.

I'd actually disagree. The language is pretty clear no merger, no 30 AC things stay status quo. For someone who's non 121 and a non psa pilot I'd say your understanding of this is very flawed. Typical for those seeking some self gratification by acting in the know on a topic they clearly aren't fully informed on.

Not flaming but when does PSA enroll for healthcare 2014, just wondering how much healthcare cost will rise. I am assuming year YoY 20%.
