They're additional. Trust me. Maybe once all 30 are here with a new domicile and people here under 3 years are now captains that people will finalize sh!t, they weren't lying. I just wonder where the bodies will come from to fill the seats.

its sad to see people are so set in their ways. I know you must be miserable.

theyre additional airplanes. so no, they'll be new pilots. If -900s, then we will be flying all 3 types most likely, but undisputed we need to add/upgrade massive numbers to compensate.

you can say this until you're blue in the face, but until you post definitive proof you are just stating your opinion (which is not based on fact, it's just what you want to believe)

You sound so excited to have taken concessions to gain larger aircraft. This is what is wrong with this industry. Shameful.

And shame on alpo for letting this trend continue. Disgusting!

im not excited for larger airplanes. I could care less what metal I fly. I want a good QOL, pay, and decent future, and good contract. for most of PSA this is a welcome change for GROWTH, and a 10 year future. our contract is better than the garbage TA at XJT and other regional current contracts. Its not about the size guys, its the growth, upgrades and QOL. none of you want to believe it and its fine. I understand, youre on the outside looking in, but thankfully to us involved and active within our union or company, and not just a dud doing 4 days and going home, we know whats coming.

In which ways are PSA's new CBA "better" than the XJT TA, let alone existing XJT/ASA CBAs, or even ARW's CBA?

I'd be interested in seeing a comparison as well. Although the XJT TA is a POS, I believe it to still be better than the PSA CBA in most areas.

however, I will be voting NO!

from what ive read, there are some real "interesting" things in their, lots of company discretion things. I don't understand how the company can move of days....off days here are off days. none of this GDO stuff. and the XJT side is taking a step back, while ASA gets some gains. we saw 0 changes to our current contract for the growth, minus a pay cap. for FOs, that amounted to a whopping $1.80 something cap. we wont have any 4 year FOs here any way, so at the time...gamble a buck eighty something and get $75k in return when you upgrade.
