Our NC is putting their money where their mouth is on this one as they are right in that "pay cap" area and will immediately feel the effects of this TA.

I think it makes sense.
you'll realize why this is bad for PSA pilots and the whole industry once management starts playing it games and doing things that you 'thought' were protected. By then, it will be too late

I wasn't arguing for, or against anything.

I was just giving insight on to what it was we were told. I think the theory that our NC suggested during roadshows was valid.

So you had leverage and rolled over in exchange for the possibility of growth airplanes and flying shifted from one regional to yours, and you are hoping that management will come to you know for improvements? And then you will have more leverage? You have them 10+ years of not having to make contract improvements.

That's not what I said.

I think I've had enough of you guys....

It's pretty clear that a logical conversation cannot be had.

That is the funniest thing I have ever heard. Our MEC is weak. They are in way over their heads. Saying they are unqualified is an understatement. We are screwed for at least 10 years thanks to them and their "negotiating". Nothing will come good of this TA. It is a giant leap backwards. To think this TA positions us for improvements is jeuvenile. Hell we didn't lose the battle, we lost the war. Thanks ALPA.

I already fly a shiny jet and I voted no....so there goes that.

Everyone here is an expert because they read the bullet points on this TA and because STW is yelling that we "sold everyone out." Think whatever you want. I was just trying to have a sane conversation. Unfortunately every single response to anything anyone at PSA has to say is "idiot" "sellout" "SJS" etc...

I don't know how any of you get through a day while hating people you don't know so much. It is ridiculous that people are giddy to do a CLT turn so they might get to deny a PSA pilot a jumpseat.

Tomorrow when I'm off, playing golf I will not be thinking about work or anything to do with work. You should all give it a try.

I won't be contributing to this topic any longer.

I know, I know. Quite a loss right....

So you don't care that your (PSA pilot yes voters and non-voters) directly hurt other pilots and their families? That is why everyone is so upset, because the PSA pilots made a terrible/selfish decision that will directly impact them (all regional pilots) and their families negatively.

If you think this isn't true, you're wrong. Every management is now telling their pilots they "have to compete" with the new normal, especially republic, expressjet, and skywest (who are in pay negotiations currently)

This and so I can call your yes voters a bunch of sell-outs to their fat faces.
