Haha no conspiracy here young PSA soul giver. Compass is at the beginning of their growth spree. Anyone going there right now would enjoy a fast upgrade. Anyone going to PSA RIGHT NOW, would not be getting as fast an upgrade as what is "Current". It is not doom and gloom. I just get torqued when I see Joe Isuzu salesmen trying to pull the wool over some poor unassuming new pilots ears.

First delivery in February. That is 8 months from now. No set delivery schedule but 1-2 per month is pretty normal for aircraft deliveries. Don't forget Compass is losing an automatic 150 per year to the Delta flow. Compass will need 200 new pilots to staff the AA flying plus another 150 to replace the flows. That doesn't account for normal attrition to other airlines like Jetblue, Virgin, United, AA, etc.
