Apparently you are one of these children playing god at the kiddie city that is the PSA training center? Lovely. I would really want to work for an airline that has people cussing excessively in indoc and IPs that come on here to defend it.
I am embarrassed to even be in a jet that says the same thing on the side as you. Gotta wonder why they went with "American Eagle"'as the brand...Well, no you don't.

I know you love PSA and feel the need to defend them all of the time but some of us have an outside perspective beyond just the old mom and pop operation. I have seen people kicked out of the training department for much less in my time so feel free to say whatever you want just don't be suprised (esp in the year 2015) that some of it may come back to bite you. Having a little self awareness goes a long way.
This isn't about PSA.

It's about a pilot to pilot relationship.

I don't love PSA, far from it. I let facts be known instead of rumors. If something is bad I say it's bad. If it's good well I'm gonna say that too.

Running to someone's boss is simply not how something should be done. It has nothing to do with 2015, or 1875.

I read a blog pretty regularly that has a section with a title for things like this.....It's called "The Pussification of America". They discuss things like a high school football linebacker being kicked out of his league because he called the opposing QBs mom a name. Or a college hockey coach getting fired because he made his players skate suicides.....This falls under that category. Not the cussing, like I said if you have issue with that then that's your thing and I have no right to say otherwise. It's the telling on someone before bringing it up like a grown adult with said person.......What happens when you have a captain with a strong personality that is doing something unsafe? Are you going to let him do it and then tell the CP later? Or are you gonna tell him he's being a jackass and to cut it out?

For the love you are insufferable.

We aren't freakin' nuns teaching kindergarden.

Stop making this job something it isn't.

Come on.....You are blowing this so far out of proportion it's laughable.

You don't want to be associated with us because of cussing in indoc.......come OOOOON. You are ridiculous.

The same way you blame us for defending PSA you are generally one of the first to deride us in every single thread.

You make it so easy! But yes, I just cannot believe you are defending such an act. A few f bombs here and there, OK. However, the type of constant cussing from a professional in a professional environment that is being brought up: too much. Defending it, even worse.
The way you guys are acting like it is "no big deal" is the most disconcerting.
The professionalism in this industry has been on a downward spiral for some time and this is further evidence of it.

The instructors don't cuss excessively. I was merely pointing out how crappy it was for a new hire to come into day one of indoc and file a complaint. It was probably PilotCrusader.

Just got offered a 2/25 interview date. If hired what would the first available class date be? I have well over 1000 121/135 PIC and SIC. My goal is to be a TYS based captain since I live 10 min from the airport. Can someone tell me how long till left seat approximately Im trying to budget for F/O pay. Thanks in advance.
