I haven't had a chance to look over all of the contract yet, I figured I would save that for overnights.

There will not be a need for direct entry captains. We have a lot of pilots from early 2014 that will have their required time shortly. Not to mention the group of Endeavor, and other 121 folks that came in mid year and fall of 2014. That will fill up the classes until the things catch up.

Prior 121 guys with clean records are just doing telephone interviews. It is a few days, depending on how busy the admin people are the day that you send it in.

I submitted my application last night at 11:20 PM and got an offer for a interview at 1:52 PM today.
