I shouldn't even bother trying to "educate" you...but here goes nothing:
I am DFW based. I live in DFW. I am in contact with AA pilots on a daily basis. I eat lunch with them. They ride in my jumpseat.
The topic of PSA always comes up..and guess what?? They know what is going on and they ARE NOT happy. PSA is scum as far as they are concerned. Oh, PSA management has you fooled in believing otherwise? Of course they are going to give the hard sell to CFIs and make them believe in rainbows. They need warm bodies.

I was just happy that I may be able to sit in a jet and fly it like I have wanted too for a long time hence educating myself about the best company to work for hence I ask specific questions in a forum and cant get anything good back ( sometimes )... I guess thats wrong according to some.

As far as your other question he has probably researched and found PSAs contract as well as QOL prospects to far outweigh anything that republic can offer.
Keep letting your hate for PSA stop you from thinking rationally.

So, still waiting for you to inform everyone about all the "other" airlines who took the RJ flying from PDT over the years because you were too expensive("from holding the line"). I asked you if one of those you were referring to was Republic, and who the "others" might be, but you don't seem capable of responding to a very simple question...
I don't claim to know everything about PDT, so would really like to hear your response.
