With 2450TT 550 121TT.
How long would it take me to upgrade.
I've been trying to decide for the last 3 months wether to come over from
My regional. I love my job and contract and living in base but have no movement and upgrade is 8+ years. Can't afford to live off of FO pay.
How do you PSA guys like working there? Is it worth commuting ? I'm still on first years pay for 3 more months?
Where are new hires being based?

I have withheld but I could not any longer.
Do I understand,
1. envoy will be offered a 10/2 pay scale and for this,
2. envoy will get all new hire classes at aag/aa.
3. alpa carriers flying eagle colors will get pref interviews.
4. all regional feed to AAG/AA/US will be by envoy pilots.
Did i understand correctly?
p.s.
I would categorize this as a Glass production.
