Trans states has about 400 pilots and will require 900 pilots.
Getting hired now at PSA you are behind the quick upgrade curve, at TSA you are right at it.

Does that take into account for current fleet or the coming additions?

Good to know. I've got a Feb class date with PSA and the quick upgrade was the big draw to me. Everything I've been hearing is that the quick upgrade will continue.

If not by the time you get the 1000 SIC you should be pretty close to upgrade.
Someone hired right now at PSA would not be upgrading as quickly as guys hired earlier this year(8 month upgrade) but 1.5-2 years is not out of the question as long as you are hired in the next 6ish months.

Hmm, so, for anyone who gets hired around june of 2015 will have missed the quick upgrade boat? Seems like PSA is having no problems filling those classes. I hear they're hiring 50/month all the way till 2016 but I could be wrong. Maybe the fast upgrade for summer of '15 will be non-existent.
