Does anyone have any guesses of what attrition is looking like/ will look like over the next 2-4 years? Seems as though there are a lot of older guys starting at PSA recently and I don't see any reason for them to move on once they upgrade.

The current attrition is about 15-20 a month. Once the LCC's and Majors really start hiring it should pick up quite a bit.
Half of the new hires are previous 121 guys, and most have 5000+ hours. These guys will all be gone soon.
The good attrition (meaning guys going to majors/LCC's) should grow and stay pretty high for the next several years. That is true at every regional.
