This has been covered time and time again in this thread. There is nothing bad about PSA training department except for people at other airlines trying to bash it, or the 1-2 guys a month that fail out because they didn't study trying to make themselves feel better.
The failure rate is very low, and the training department is very good. You will get outstanding training and will be ready for your oral and checkride.

They will meet after the SOC is announced. Our pilot group should actually be happy that they don't meet soon. As the number of pilots grows here, the case for a larger numbers of "flows" grows as well. Last I read SOC should be around the end of the year, when PSA should have +1500 pilots.

congrats on your class date. Truthfully, it doesn't really matter which airplane you are assigned as all pilots fly all 3 series all the time. Before you are released to the line you will have a type rating with training in all three.

If that's the case, I stand corrected.
Sure I'll take 10%, but I don't think it'll happen. IMO, mothership will use that as a bargaining chip in future negotiations.
What does it matter how many pilots we have when we meet? Simply copy the Piedmont flow language that says the numbers will be adjusted every quarter for the differences in pilot size. Why does everyone think it matters how many we have when negotiations start? Just get 10% to flow every year so we end up with 160-180 flowing off the top and make it a real flow since we are the only wholly owned without one (even though our interview pass rate is 99%).

AAG wants 10%, it keeps their cheap regional feed staffed and makes it so that you pretty much have to go through Envoy, Piedmont, or PSA to get to AA unless you are extremely well connnected. AAG has even offered to take more than the minimum from PSA but Dayton management said no for staffing reasons. It isn't going to be that hard to match what PDT has......
