Here you go Captain! Took about 30 secs to find, by the way for the guys chasing a quick upgrade, you need 1000 hours of 121 time

That is one to drop if you get it in the SAP...which is exactly what this person did. It was dropped, and the altered by Crew Scheduling. It will go to someone on reserve.

That is straight out open time, not a representation of a pairing from an original line. The A after the paring confirms it has been modified as the first two round trips have been dropped. The original pairing was worth 17:36..not much better I'll admit. Someone probably dumped that trip during the sap and no one in their right mind will pick that up from the opentime pot. It will likely go to some reserve who won't break guarantee anyways.

Depends what you're looking for on reserve. In a previous life as a commuter on reserve, it was very difficult to break guarantee. So I loved the low-time 4 day trips. That's just less nights you have to spend in a crashpad.

I'm also unfamiliar with 121 and PSA. Just out of curiosity, what would this terrible 4-day pay out in per diem for a CLT based reservist if that was who would be assigned on it?

Ideally you want 30 hours in a 4-day, 24 hours in a 3-day, 16 hours in a 2-day and so on. 30 in 7 days is the legal limit. You gotta be gone for 4 days so you'd rather spend them flying & making money rather than in the hotel or airport. You'll likely never see 30 hours in a 4-day trip. If you see 27 or so hours..... it'll probably be flown by a senior crew. The reserves and junior crews get what's left over and they're often inefficient, or weekends, or early report & late finishes, non-commutable, etc.
