Excellent! Thanks a lot, that gives me a place to start at least.

Also, what are the usual union dues? Ive never been part of a union, so im not sure how that works exactly.

US side you pay up front, AA it is payroll deducted later. You can see the charges via a dropdown menu on NRTP.

If you're an employee of US Air or one of their wholly-owned subsidiaries, your parent non-rev for free on US Air metal. I'm not sure how the American side works or if we're even allowed to use non-rev benefits on American metal yet.

Yes, you have non rev benefits on American, goto the wings site to sign up if you haven't. There is some complexities, if you want instructions emailed to you contact Catheryn in employee travel.

I have used it several times with my whole family (parents, spouce, kids) on AA. It is great. I have had two international and one domestic in the last 3 months alone. They take out any taxes/fees from your paycheck, and it is hassle free.

We can't use buddy passes on AA just yet, but we will be able to in a few months.

I'm not sure that's entirely accurate, can you elaborate on what you mean?

Yeah. So top pay is now $89 an hour. No one will see more than 12 year CA pay. Unless they have already passed it.
