I don't disagree, but as for the rate, I suppose we'll see come June. Only 1 goes this month.

The latest Envoy flow plan shows displaced crj drivers not going to training until this fall. There is a gap of a few months over the summer. That was updated last week. Make of it what you will.

You mean training at American? If so, I think that was widely known, maybe just elsewhere. American is recalling furloughed pilots which is slowing the flow.

Actually the 4/month is still going now. They are going quicker than expected.

They stopped street hires, and along with recalls have been sending our flows, PDT's flows, and your interviewees.

I'm sorry but what was the nice thing you were referring to?

I need to make an apology on this thread. I guess being young and naive made me think two Alpa shops could work out a deal to mutually benefit each other.
When I was shopping regionals Mesa and RAH were the only two companies announcing new flying. If the PSA TA wouldn't have passed Mesa would have gotten the order. Compasss got an order after envoy's vote didn't pass. It's clear a day that Mesa would have gotten the 900s. I calculated that I could drop down to 65 hours and make the same as a Mesa pilot working 75hours with 11 whole days off. It's clear that the 900s are on a more valuable contract than they would have been even with the concessionary TA. The 700s are a victim of a merger period. No different than losing in SLI through arbitration. The PSA Mec made a poor choice writing this letter.

I by no means think the Eagle Mec has done anything applaudable for their pilots. Telling your pilots to quit is 10 times more disgracefull than this letter could be.
Endeavor paid bonuses and had a nyc base. So what, any eagle pilot can figure out how to quit and become a new hire all by themselves, they don't need to pay dues for that privilege. Endeavor was hiring guys back at their pervious longgevity, did Eagle shop talk about that. Did they talk about allowing them to keep their seniority on the eagle list if they quit for endeavor. Did the Eagle Union have any conversation about anything that an eagle pilot couldn't acheive on his own. Isn't that the point of a union? To not even have a conversation, and look your pilots in the face and say we tried everthying is a discrase. It shows your senior group is more worried about scales than jobs, but will be happy to collect dues from them right up until the day they're furloughed.

Default IOE

Can anyone from the December 22nd class confirm if they already started some or most of you guys up with IOE? We got 3 that started from the Jan 5th class but I believe that is because they are trying to push them through quickly since they have prior 121 and can upgrade.

Thanks in advance

Compass can barely staff 20 extra airplanes AA gave them. Mesa would be in the same situation of barely staffing extra airplanes if the PSA TA would have failed. Truth is PSA vote only guaranteed AA management got cheaper labor until they start to shrink their regional airlines even more.

No, they got caught admitting they can't staff the CRJ-700 aircraft without the Envoy pilots. That point is very clear.

Nope, AA management is making record profits. What is disgraceful is telling the EAgle pilots they must take concessions to do so and award their flying to other pilot groups willing to vote in concessions to take the Eagle flying.

Are you good at seeing bad things coming from a mile away or do you only catch it when it's right in front of you?

PSA is struggling and their "promised" fleet size they told you they will have is no where near it will be in a few years.

You should really get out of your mom's basement and go see the world and maybe even interact with other humans for a change buddy. It might do you some good but I highly doubt it.

Good Luck!
