I think I know what is going on here. The person who originally made that meme did so thinking you were some character names Jonathan Butkovich...no I'm not kidding. That's his name.

Oh, and don't listen to anything FirstClass says. He trolls all threads looking for attention. There are no downgrades of any sorts happening. In fact, quite the opposite. An announcement should me made soon here at Envoy and he just can't handle it.

If that picture is of Wes (sensored last name) and not Jonathan Butkovic then I am sorry. It was a meme going around our internal site for a while, and I couldn't remember which was the correct one. There is also one of the actual but head. Lemme que that one up.
