I have a start date, would like to know how feasible it it for a newhire to get CLT, understand is a senior base etc...

Don't need to be based in CLT to give you the answer. Most junior FO is March '15 and most junior CA on a quick glance is Sept '14. New system bid was due out last week so this will probably change.

So to answer your question, probably not straight out of training, but shouldn't take more than a few months after.

There is at least one JAN 2015 hire who is a CLT CA.

CLT is not a senior base for FOs or CAs. PSA is not a senior company, less than 50 out of 1200 are lifers. Two year Captains are in the top 33% percent and will flow to American in three years.

I am Nov 14 CLT CA and not the most junior. Have about 15-20 below me.
