Does anybody know why flica is not showing Senority systemwide for April bidding? I looked at it at the beginning, but now it's gone.

It's a fluff and BS visit. This is DP visiting the troops in the trenches cause he was put on blast by his AA pilots and the union. He will be talking this up after the fact in an attempt to save face with the public and investors. My bet is IF he even mentions the WOs, it will be nothing of substance.

Probably trying to keep people from pointing out how bad the staffing issue really is. Why fix the issues when you can ignore them?

Years ago I stated about the purpose of a union. Today my statement is very true.
Basically management is very greedy. They will take take and continue to take. It's up to our union to get them to stop at some point.
Management is so greedy that their deadly sin will drive them out of business. Just like we are seeing today. They will hoard so much that it hurts their business.
Hope everyone learns a lesson from this. Just because we live in the 21st century, the 7 deadly sins are still very valid.

Yep. I love how in that article he is talking about how his employees don't trust him because they think any bonus or improvement he gives them will eventually be taken away. While at the same time he is offering his regionals bonuses that can easily be taken away instead of long lasting contractual improvements. Nice display of hypocrisy DP.

Basically this. I don't think anyone doubts pay and contract will improve. The question is how long will they wait and how much better is it realistically going to get?
