If you have less than 1 year on-line here at PSA, you really don't have much invested in this place. The quick upgrade ship has sailed. You need to take care of yourselves. I'd be applying to other carriers, who offer bonuses.

Even if you have more than a year it may be wise to weigh your options. You need to do what's best for your career and currently at PSA that outlook for the future is not good. Like you said you need to look out for yourself because AA is clearly looking out for theirselves.

So, if none of the wholly owns can staff, which seems to be the case now; they won't throw money at them to fix them? Then what? Just outsource the flying. Is that what he's getting at?

Well there you have it folks. Management is refusing to admit there is a problem and basically saying they wouldn't do anything about it if there was. Fortunately it only takes about 5 mouse clicks to send our Airline Apps to 6 other airlines.

Say goodbye to P o SA

AAG management is calculated and have a plan. If they won't pay pilots more they won't get more pilots. 100 aircraft on property @ 10/plane is only 1000 pilots needed currently. We're overstaffed if they don't truly intend to bring the 15 remaining 900's and transfer the remaining 700's.

Basically it's a numbers game and what ever is the cheapest wins. If PSA can't staff maybe they will just leave all the 700s at Envoy. Park the 200s possibly too. Parker only cares about getting people to his mainline jets cheaply. He doesn't care about your **** quality of life and made that clear. If you're not cheap your nothing to AA.

Delta decimated Endeavor's contract to make them "efficient" for years. They attempted to farm out the extra flying that could not be staffed. It was only at a crisis point that they brought up the temporary bonus pay. I would not be surprised if AAG forces PSA, Piedmont, and Envoy to suffer industry worst wages until the extra flying cannot be staffed elsewhere and a crisis point is reached too.
