In fact, I think this hurts us overall because they probably will be able to squeak in a few more new hires and continue to act like major changes to pay and flow are not needed.
How is it a recruiting tool? New hires won't get it.

They will advertise the hell it of it though with some confusing language about who gets it.

Tin foil hat time......They could easily extend it to new hires with a simple flick of the pen if they start bailing after a year when they're new hire bonus stops or whenever the contract ends (I can't remember the details of the new hire bonus).

Edit: Atlas too depending on how this strike vote/arbitration plays out. I have no idea what their grievance is, I just see that something is going on.
Having come from Endeavor and still close with a lot of the guys there, it is exactly the same as PSA except for pay and a few contract items. They still abuse reserves and guess what, it's still a regional. If you wait till Fall before going you will miss the boat.

Atlas isn't fond of RJ guys unless you have quite a few recs. At least that is from my experience in talking to more than a dozen guys who got on there.

Best of luck with whichever route you choose. I think you'd be foolish to leave right now.

I think if you're at PSA now you'd be foolish to go to another company of the same segment of the industry. Of course, only you know what best suits your situation.

All these places are basically the same, or at the very least quite similar. The only thing that can really make your personal life nice is your QOL at whatever carrier you're at. And the one thing that drives QOL at ANY of these places is seniority.

If I had it now, I wouldn't start over at the bottom of the same type of list with different color planes. At least not on my own free will. Good luck, hopefully bigger and better things are on the horizon.

Thank you for the info. I'm under no illusion that Endeavor isn't just like every other regional. However, I think their dad has a better plan than ours and they pay more. I can't go anywhere until the fall so I will reevaluate then. As we've seen, a lot can change by then.

I've talked to several FOs who have considered leaving for Endeavor. If you're going to go, I'd do it now and not later. I deferred my class a couple months here and I still kick myself for it. Seniority is everything.

Can't lose the medical. Labor and delivery is expensive.

Thanks. #3 and I'm almost over the hill. I'm not sure what I was thinking.
