No idea what Dion makes but Doug has gone on record that his comp is 20% below his counterparts at DAL and UAL and will remain so until everyone at AA is making at least as much as their counterparts at the other Legacies.

So the FO reserve grid for CLT doesn't look good at all for April.
Lots of negative days. some are more than -10.
Not many days you can swap around...the only remaining positive Psa had to offer....

Tys has many days with 0,1,2 reserves. I hope very few people pick up open time. At this point the company is gambling and hoping nobody calls in sick. Very sad and irresponsible.

Yea, it doesn't look that great next month for changing around days but hopefully you spent time on ur bid and got a schedule you wanted. I got about the best schedule I could ask for though despite working weekends. I'm hoping this means I'll get even more flights off reserve and logging more time... Maybe break guarantee if I'm lucky.
