See, this is a horrible mindset. We are NOT a "foe" to the company. I'm here to make a living doing what I like to do. The company is here to make a profit offering a service. We should work together for our mutual benefit instead of the adversarial mentality you have.

Exactly. I know some of the FOs aren't happy and I understand that but you are no worse off than you were before.
I don't understand why you're not more angry about the insult from the company. They have basically just told you that you are worth less than half of what an endeavor pilot is worth. In addition to that, if they would stop manipulating the reserves and restore critical pay, you would probably be making more than $2,500 per quarter anyway. They basically tried to bribe you with money they took out of your pocket.
Also this move is good for your advancement. I think a lot of captains who made have been waiting for the flow (or more likely Delta or United) under the false assumption that things may eventually improve here are now strongly considering a move to spirit, jetblue, frontier or southwest.
With the exception those FOs that live in base I can't for the life of me understand why any FO with less than a year in this company is still here.

The ****tier the FO's at PSA have it, the more leverage the pilot group will have. This negotiation will most likely be a long drawn out one, I cant see both parties reaching an agreement. I'll be impressed with this MEC come June when they give the company another **** you by rejecting flow agreements.

Yeah make it super hard to get pilots so they buy Air Wisconsin and merge seniority lists and everyone gets screwed. American can't bend over for one regional because it has to for the other two. If we keep making it hard for them they will just make us hurt. We don't have near as much leverage as we think we do. We can either take consistent small gains or suffer for a long time and eventually get a decent contract. Upgrades are gone anyone hired in the last year got screwed.

Reread what you just wrote out loud and hopefully you'll see how horrible it sounds. Make our FOs suffer more so that the guys making decent wages can also benefit. You said right after that that you don't think they will reach an agreement so why make the FOs suffer if the company won't make an agreement?
This is all speculation obviously..
