I think thats a great idea! Air Wisconsin has better pay scales, without it being a blended rate, trip and duty rigs, instead of min day with carve outs, and 12 days off a month. A merger would require a renegotiated contract which is what we want anyway. Both airlines are just barely staffed for the airplanes they have so after the mass exodus of pilots during the merger, AAG ends up with an even larger understaffed airline and 1 less airline to whipsaw us against. I'm all for it.

And I've already said I can't understand why anyone hired here in the last year is still here.(except those that live in base) You have a CL-65 type and proved that you can make it through a 121 training course. Go get paid what you're worth.

Your coming across like your entitled to something. You came to PSA knowing the pay. The union should not accept a bonus to only one part of the pilot group. I'm sorry that Captains make more money than f/o's. When you upgrade you will find out that there is a whole lot more to being a captain than sitting in the left seat. You have a choice. Chase the quick upgrade, go to endeavor. Or stay in unity at PSA.
You didn't lose anything with the union turning down a bonus system that rewards only a portion of the pilot group. I could go into details about how bad it was 10 years ago. Our union have dramatically improved the QOL at PSA. I don't support them 100%. But in this particular case, I do. Your being extremely selfish not believing that all pilots deserve a bonus.

When you guys get to a major tell all of your captains and union reps that all the profit sharing bonuses should only go to FOs since they don't make as much and the captains don't need them.

Nah, cause when I get there even if the Captain is making twice as much as me it'll be a livable wage.

That is where your argument is flawed, livable wage means something different to everyone. On first year pay I credited over 100 hrs every month to pay the bills, I didn't buy new iphones and sap down to 65 while traveling to Europe. Learn to budget like an adult or go to another place that pays more but either way stop complaining.
