Ditto.

Airplane (CRJ7) deliveries have once again been deferred. The last 3 or 4 new hire classes have all had 7 or fewer pilots in them. Upgrades have slowed to 4 this month and 6 last month. Soon we won't be able to staff the airplanes that we have and are scheduled to take. Reserve times will explode, upgrades will be nowhere in sight, and the "flow" is going to stay at 5 per month. With approx. 1200 pilots currently ahead of you on the list,....... well, you do the math.

Whereas this was a great place for new hires a couple years ago,...... that ship has sailed. Go somewhere else.

So a 20 year flow give or take using math... Maybe a little less with Mando retirements, attrition and people declining to flow.

What's the company using to Come up with 6 years? Pixie dust?

Yes. Pixie dust. Same as Piedmont and Envoy. It is all smoke and mirrors.

So, is that a two year contract for prior 121 new hires to get the full 15K? My understanding was that for a basic new hire to receive the 10K, there is no commitment. Are the two scenarios actually different?

I may or may not have been on the interview committee at PSA for a time. If I was, I would be honest with pilots that I interviewed if they had questions regarding the company. I don't want someone coming to PSA that is sold one thing, then they discover it's not like it at all (which seems to be the case now). It's a big decision not just for individuals but for their families as well. It's called integrity; something that is sorely lacking in management. That's probably why HR kicked me back out to the line...if I was on the committee that is.

Did you ever read either volume of Flying the Line? Maybe spend less time preaching on apc and more time researching how to be a good union pilot. Think that stuff would fly at the majors?

Well said !!!!..I couldn't agree more

The company is full of the brown stuff. If CEO LION keeps being stubborn and doesn't come back with better offer, we all might be looking for a new job including himself and his baboons. The good news are that we will have a new jobs before they do.

You will get your bonus upfront. But honestly anyone with prior 121 time should know the industry in its current state and choosing PSA is stabbing yourself in the leg. The only people PSA can attract are people that are entirely OBLIVIOUS to the industy...and those who live in base. Don't come here. Its ****.

Edit: Its a contract, you will not **** this company over before theyve ****ed you. Multiple times.

It's not the PSA CEO, it's AAG upper management. Envoy CEO tried retention bonus last year, Parker said no.

PSA/PDT/ENY CEOs are just puppets, they will be replaced eventually when they merge some of us.

It's not everything about the bonuses, it about the Sh....t they are trying to get away with. I dont need the bonus(bribe), I need them to increase the pay for every pilot by $20 and they would have plenty applicants to fly the shiny jets, until then I am sure LION will not sleep well at night.
