Or it could be basic economics. You know supply and demand? If you are fine with working at half your market value, please leave. Lots of places will take you.

Ok. So it's just jealousy that we entered the industry at a better time than you and we might actually get a better deal. No problem. Doing twice as many t/o and landings than you, I think we actually have more responsibility and lives in our hands everyday. Keep telling yourself that a few more seats makes you special.

Personal opinion only here, but I think the whipsaw game is about over. The PSA experiment showed AAG that you can only grow an airline so fast. And most regionals are only able to hire for attrition at best.

They could probably shift about 20-30 airplanes around, but it's a risky move. I think you guys will get the bonus for everyone and more if you hold out, but you're the test case to see if AAG has really changed their tune.

Good luck, I hope it works. The more expensive regionals get, the closer we all are being brought in house.

So lame when guys do that. Don't CA's "pull gear up" 1/2 the time? Why go there, man?

If you are still at a regional after 5 years, you did not get a better deal than me.

With the projected retirements it's likely. Why do you troll the regional threads. Is the new pond too big?

You guys make me laugh. That is all. It is like an elementary school kid that thinks that they have it all figured out, and then they go to middle school and realize that they know nothing.

You don't even know what you don't know, and it is cute to watch.

That came out of left field Old Man. You sound like a Donald Trump supporter based on your inability to spell the word, whether.

The company offering free gains is a result of the tightening labor market. By free, I'm implying giving nothing up in return. It's pathetic you rope politics into this when I use the word, free. Normally, the company wants to offer something and take more back in return. The tables have turned and pilot groups have more leverage than ever.
