On their website they advertise 10.5 month upgrade times. Is that measured from the completion of IOE training?
What about guys that have higher seniority but don't meet captain mins vs lower seniority guys that meet the hour requirements for left seat?

With reserve at just about a year in the outstations and significantly more in CLT, it's going to be about 2 years before a new hire can expect to qualify for upgrade with 1000 hrs. Someone hired now would be about 1200 seniority, with "projected hiring" of 1000 more pilots (expect less) I don't see upgrade from growth. Upgrade time is already trending up expect upgrades in seniority order to pick up as there are enough permanent captain reserves.
