January CVG lines are beyond ridiculous! You couldn't make worse lines if you TRIED!
17 lines,....... 13 four-day trips,...... TOTAL!!!
Put another way, there are a grand total of 13 four-day trips spread over 17 lines. Everything else is (mostly) out and backs, with a mix of 2 and 3 day trips sprinkled in.
Totally uncommutable! W.T.F.?
If they want more people to bid CVG they're gonna have to fix this,...... quickly!

Pulse = hired
Well, that was the case a year or so ago. Now, it is actually more selective. There are far fewer people getting job offers. I am not sure if they are trying to reduce the number that fail out of training (which was pretty small, if you ask me), or if they are not letting people in that AA does not want to eventually take.
If you don't have a criminal record, no crashed airplanes in the past, and can pass their written test, you will likely get an offer. I wouldn't sweat it too much, but I know that in my interview group of 12, all got an offer except for one guy. Now, I hear it is about 60-70% at most that get the offer.
It might also have to do with the quality of candidates. Not really sure why.

I'm looking at the seniority list that came out today, and the most junior CAPT at PSA is 3 Aug 15. The most junior FO in Charlotte was hired 30 Mar 15, and most junior Capt holding Charlotte 27 Apr 15

In terms of jumpseat or non rev
Non rev D1/D2. Same as mainline. Based on check in time.
Jumpseat. Mainline has priority on their metal obviously. Then it's us, envoy and pdt that based on check in time.

Right now, anyone with 1000 hours 121 can upgrade. The last bid was for 30 captains, and somewhere around 15 FO's upgraded. The rest will most likely be street captains (DEC's).
PSA has the same boarding priority as the other wholly owned on mainline aircraft (Envoy/Piedmont/Envoy).
