Envoy has a me too clause. If we get a better bonus, what's to say we don't use a "me too clause" to get paid any bonus they've already had paid out and then our bonus starts?

It's tempting and I have a few fraternity brothers there. Just not sure about a 2 leg commute.

How do you know Envoy has a "me too clause"? Have you seen it in writing? Prove it?

Because we do. It was confirmed by the Envoy DFW LEC rep, and the MEC chairman.

Don't expect joke, I mean joek, to back up any thing he says.

He claims other people have it all wrong yet doesn't ever present an alternative.

I don't work in the MEC office. Have your reps contact our MEC and ask them if you are so concerned about it. Not sure if they will bother to reply after the past relationship history, but you are welcome to try.

Doesn't affect PSA pilots one way or another anyway. It just benefits Envoy pilots if something changes with the bonus/retention plans for the better at PSA or PDT. That was part of our deal when they agreed to it.

Yeah the DFW CA rep did publicly state envoy has a me too clause. Haven't seen it in writing but I haven't looked. Would be surprised if he was lying, Neal is a stand up guy.

The current state of the regional airline is rarely the same in two years time. A lot of FOs made the mistake and false assumption that PSA would be just as hot one year after their hire date. Economics change and you could of prepared yourself with the idea of a less prosperous future. But it sounds like you accepted a job at PSA with the assumption you would upgrade as quick as pilots were during the time of your interview. If you ask me, poor career planning on your part, if you ask me. It was no secret two years ago that a pilot shortage was looking.
