When it's half of what it should be and makes D&D think they can wait 6 months to see if it's enough? Yes.
Envoy has a me too clause. If we get a better bonus, what's to say we don't use a "me too clause" to get paid any bonus they've already had paid out and then our bonus starts?

It's tempting and I have a few fraternity brothers there. Just not sure about a 2 leg commute.

I don't work in the MEC office. Have your reps contact our MEC and ask them if you are so concerned about it. Not sure if they will bother to reply after the past relationship history, but you are welcome to try.
Doesn't affect PSA pilots one way or another anyway. It just benefits Envoy pilots if something changes with the bonus/retention plans for the better at PSA or PDT. That was part of our deal when they agreed to it.

Sorry my luck and timing for joining the industry is better than yours. I'm not tying my hands because you had to live a different career progression. You just come off as bitter and angry. And yes I will gladly go to Endeavor, at twice the pay with short upgrade, next fall if this place continues on its current path. Of course Spriit, Atlas and most other places are on the list too.
