XJT was in my top 5 but the only thing im worried about with them is stability.

Nothing in my mind. If the regional pilots of today had the balls that you guys had in 2001 (2000?) this would be a different industry. Unfortunately most seem happy to sit in SLC and say 'we're the best' and then do nothing to set the bar with a benchmark CBA to promote the profession.

Yeah, Becuase Expressjet was treated so well by CAl, and EAGLE too, those guys get the utmost respect from their American "Brothers"..........................

This is all good...
how they treat the contract and work force.
Overall RAH is a decent place, despite the negative comments. The pilots I know at other regionals all face the same issues that I did during my seven years. Like is has been said before, airlines are always evolving. CHQ is not the same place it was when I started. Knowing what I know now, a quick upgrade isn't the end all.

Might as well keep dreaming. The DOT might classify them majors, but they still are regionals. Nobody's gonna pay you 777 pay to fly an ERJ. Unless you're a first year FO at CAL... then you'll get ERJ pay to fly a 777!!
Our second year pay at XJT is pretty decent for a 50 seater, it's not like we're getting $21 an hour to fly a 90 seat jet- not unlike a few other carriers out there.
