I agree 100%. For those that have come from a CFI background previously, you'll all know just how bad it can be with no students, but just how quickly you can get burned out with too many students. My kudos to those instructors...

Hey Guys, long time no post. Glad to be back! I got the call for a class date today for sometime in March on the 900. Sounds like they're just a little backed up. Looking forward to seeing you on the property!

Congratulations to all the recent new hires! The wait will be worth it, sorry about the "bad" news. Just consider it your last breath of freedom before you start the grind

Applied Nov 12th, interviewed Dec 12. Called today for a class date March 30 on the Saab. I would like to wish good luck to the other applicants and interviewees. I wish that everyone who applied could interview. Will be here praying Delta doesn't kick the Mesaba bucket. Hope XJ growth doesnt change.

Hey, You want XJ growth to stop. Why would we want more low paying jobs? More RJ's = less mainline flying. I guess most forget about the "BIG" picture.

Out of curiosity, what times are people getting hired with nowadays? Not interviews, but actually hired?

What is the timeline for the initial groundschool before you go to the sim for the a/c you are assigned? ie. how many weeks for indoc., ac systems, cpt?

That is strange. They were suppose to be ending Saab classes in early February. They give you any reasons why?
