I found out today that mesaba actually hired one of my favorite instructors. This Instructor had a prop strike and a gear up landing while being a cfi. How do these people get threw the hiring process??

Are they offering TOWOPs for Sept or Oct? I'm thinking of taking one for Oct. and they haven't posted one up for the month of Sept.

I'm going to guess with so many people pulled in for training/retraining that we won't have the "extra" staffing left over to offer HTL or TOWOP. But who knows, a lot will depend on just how many block hours are cut for this fall pulldown.

I just saw on the website, they are offering TOWOPS and HTLs for Sept. and I guess we do have that 1800 hour reduction this fall. I heard that straight from JM. Is that officially posted anywhere else by any chance?

I'd guess per schedule period (not always by the month like now is July1-August 17) I am really surprised to see them now offering TOWOP to the CRJ and CR9 captains for the first time. Though I would like to know why then there are no HTL's for them.
