We should have totally seen this coming when they formed RHS. Now they can completely remove OH from CVG and use their ground handlers for whoever they'd like.

Pilots.... always so positive.... I think we should all be taking this as a good thing for the future of Comair. It does present some hardships for some, but isn't growth that name of the game???? For all you CMR bashers out there go fly somewhere else if you're not going to be happy about GROWTH!!!!

Who cares...They can bid to the 50 if they want.

It isn't growth...we are still smaller when compared to 2008.

I am just being realistic here! While you were at Comair, how many memos and promises did you see that actually came true? I do hope it is true and Comair does see an increase in flying, etc., but this will also have a downside to it.

Also, you can't call this growth!!

I agree completely. However, this is the first positive news to come from the GO at this 'outfit' since last summer.

We use to have near 2000 pilots. This is nowhere near considered growth. This is retention.

Maybe it's not growth from April 2008 or May 2008, but it is growth compared to what was expected, and the downward spiral we were on. That is a really positive thing.

Do I believe every memo... NO! I don't, but I just don't understand the negative tone to everything that goes on at this company. It's partly why things are the way they are. Very few people give a crap about anything other than thier personal agenda. I just don't understand why the first good bit of news we have seen in a long while would be discussed in the manner it is.

Enough of this

what do you guys want?

this is the best comair is going to do right now..delta isn't going to say "ok comair you can have all your stuff back from 2005"

stop freaking whining...anything from our current state is "growth"

if you lose all your money..but then gain half as much back..are you not going to be excited about that either?

Andy, I agree. This isn't growth, but its the first shred of positive news at this place in a long long time. Comair will never go back to what it once was but for us furloughed guys (and those border line for the next round) this is great news.

Agreed.

Call it whatever makes you happy. I call it positive news.
