Rules? Where we're going, we don't need any rules!

They still have no idea what will happen in the summer. I feel bad for the early out people, they had the high hopes of getting out early, and now they are force to stay here longer.

In other news my daughter say her first word DADA. That is the bright side of being furlough.

I heard that. While it sucks and I want out ASAP, I am going to stick it out just because the company would probably rather me quit so they don't have to pay me. I am willing to bet that the company right now is looking for a way to retract the Early Out/55point deal from us. I am putting a lawyer on retainer tomorrow just in case.

Why would they want to retract the Early Out/55 Point.

They now now that 33 pilots would like to leave the company. Out of the 33 a chunk have already lined up other employment. Others that can't really tell a future employer that they will now have to wait until June to start. The company can just stretch out the time period before separation so these pilots will resign. Maybe not the more senior guys, but the junior ones. After all, it's not a huge deal. Another job will definitely pay more than a small separation package.
