If, let’s just say if the 700/900 are based to LGA how junior will it go. When I got hire RP said that it would take about 8 months for me to be awarded the 700/900. I would love to see that because that means I do not have to commute.
Actually it is said that bad news should not come on a Friday where the employees have the weekend to contemplate things. Suicide rate goes up when bad news comes on a Friday opposed to all the other days of the week.
It's not good for the EMPLOYEES for bad news to come on Fridays. HR departments nationwide would agree that in their eyes..the best day to fire someone, is on a Friday for the COMPANYS benefit.
Do it on a Friday, employee can't reek havoc the rest of the week...especially if it's done on a Monday..where it's one of those "we're letting you go at the end of the week" things....
So Fridays = good for company
Mondays = good for employee
