I never thought I'd ask this, I'd all but given up on the idea of working for comair, but does anyone know anything about the pool that was created in June of 2008? I guess I'm still in it if they still have one. I'll probably try to call HR on monday, just curious if anyone had heard rumors. Congrats to all who are going back to work, including my bro.

Because it is in the contract, but none of you guys on here know YOUR contract.

Congrats to all and welcome back!

Correct!! Guys, read your contract! They have to start from the top of the list again because the reason for recall has changed. This round is for current and "Expected" attrition, not for an increase in block hours (which was the last reason for recall).

Wow, when I was hired in 2003, I think number 1243 was a junior CVG Captain.

I hope the "expected attrition" actually going to happen, unlike the "expected Freedom cancellation" back in '08 (which eventually happened I admit) when we started hiring The Spartans (300 pilots)...

This 'expected attrition' they are taking about are the folks they expect to resign or no-show for the Aug. 1 class.

There are also a number of people that will be going to jetBlue, Virgin and Delta. I know that jetBlue hired a few of our first officers.

I hope it's more than a few.
