FTR,
What is the biggest reason for reserves to get called out? People calling in sick, timing out, flights running late,.........?

Unless they're ATP'rs with the RJ course, then realistically it would be tens to thousands of dollars and a year!

It didn't go junior enough. I was gonna switch over if I could get like 30 below me but I would only have like 20.

Most junior captain award is a Dec 02 hire. Still 5 years to upgrade to JFK captain.

Although I am a December 06 hire and I am only 300 numbers from most junior captain.
