I understand Comair is having some open houses soon, anyone ever been to one? If you have, what can you expect?

What is the Junior FO base for Comair nowadays? I'm consdering a move from PSA just because of the commute and our crappy contract. Anybody still getting JFK and if not how long until JFK?

Well a year ago, the junior base was JFK, but now its seeming to shift back to CVG. But I do believe they are giving the base of your choice right now. So you'll probably get JFK right away if not before your outa training. I'd love more people in JFK though. Make sure its a move you want to make. I heard PSA has fairly quick upgrades. Comair is lacking on that.

Something is going on cuz some how I managed to get a line for may. It isn't the greatest but it is way better than reserve. Sadly I will still get to sit ready since I have DAs.

Tristar, is this at the Holiday Inn CMH?

The only information I can find is for the one in Orlando tomorrow. There is an HR phone for questions about the Columbus interviews.

I haven't a clue where it's at. It was either in an ALPA email or on the ALPA web-board, for ex-skybus pilots (and I'm sure others) in CMH. I'll see what I can dig up. It may have happened already.

EDIT: Here ya go from the ALPA board: Comair will be in Columbus, OH on friday April 18 to conduct open interviews for SkyBus pilots. If you know any of these pilots, please let them know. Any questions contact HR at 859-767-2550.

Yeah all I could find about the Columbus one was on the ALPA boards. The Orlando has information on airlineapps.
