We are not going to furlough! Give it three months, and you will see some new aircraft on property! You heard it here first!

I'll have some of whatever your drinking, smoking, or eating...

Though we'll see about furloughs, from what I heard about block hour reduction...2600 hours is about 32 lines (82 hours)...based on that infor alone I don't think we would furlough as attrition and Cola's would cover it.

That's the first thing they're going to do, to spread the flying around is bring it down to 75 then i'd assume.

Hmm lets think, before the summer increase started we had a min line value around 76 hours..... Then we increased the amount of flying for the summer by about 2500 hours, min line value now in the high 80's.. OK stay with me now. Summer ends hours get cut by anyone anyone... oh 2600 hours and for extra credit guess what the line value will go back too????? oh ya like 76 hours. all this means we got more flying for the summer and after summer we will be status quo, Anyone what to guess what will happen around Christmas season????

It looks like the Judge just ruled for Mesa and denied Delta approval to terminate their contract. Delta has filed an appeal, but it's not looking good.

76 hour min line values! Maybe I should bid reserve(hardly fly) and get min guarentee. Won't need the perdiem because I will be at home all the time.

Where did you get that?

Mesa Air Group, Inc. F2Q08 (Qtr End 03/31/08) Earnings Call Transcript - Seeking Alpha
From Mesa's conference call today:
Delta events during the quarter, obviously we’ve had a very busy quarter. Delta accounted for approximately 22.6% of our total passenger revenue this quarter, a loss of the ERJ 145 flying would be detrimental to our current financial condition, specifically our cash flows.
As you know Delta had pursued a strategy to cancel our contract. Fortunately, as most folks know, we went to court and we were granted a preliminary injunction against Delta that effectively prohibits them from terminating a connection agreement which covers our ERJ 145 fleet before a full trail takes place.
A trial date has not been set and Delta appealed the court’s decision on the issuance of a preliminary injunction. We are in ongoing discussions with Delta regarding the 145 Delta connection agreement.
Prior to the court’s ruling, Delta planned to remove a significant portion of aircraft from service in early June and the remaining aircraft in July or later. Delta did not immediately reverse its plans based upon the court’s ruling. If Delta takes the position that the connection agreement does not obligate it to keep the aircraft in service on a full time basis, we will incur significant costs associated with the fleet of ERJ 145 aircraft.
However, we believe that Delta is obligated to keep the aircraft in service and required to compensate us accordingly. We have communicated this position to Delta and have been in discussions with them regarding the connection agreement. As always, we would hope to come to a amicable solution.
No Trial date yet, and unless they have come to a an agreement, nothing has changed from yesterday.
