Don't forget the language says "previously un-awarded"

It sucks, but we are entitled to none.

I wish I could write that I'm surprised to hear the latest news.

I can't even write that I'm disappointed...I'd have had to have gotten optomistic first about Comair's future.

If nothing else, those who were projected to be furloughed and downgraded in September should have another month to prepare. Unfortunately, that's about all the silver lining available from this latest development.

Best wishes everyone.

This is annoying. I'm helping my friend get a ticket from Fort Myers to Chicago in 3 weeks. The price on Delta is $162 round trip! Less than a buddy pass! All other legacy carriers were cheaper than any LCC. And our genious bean counters still say they can't raise prices. I would gladly pay $300 or more for that trip and that was what I was expecting to get. I'm sure many others would be willing to pay that too.

First rule of Fight Club is you don't talk about Fight Club. First Rule of Comair is get out of Comair.

This isn't your father's Regional airline anymore.

Thats ridiculous. I cant imagine that $162 is even enough to cover the fuel costs for that trip.

Hey Comair and Delta Management, F-ck your hats, F-ck your single engine taxi, F-ck your APU usage and finally F-ck PPAS (unless it augments MY PAY) and your Reduced thrust. We have been the most professional, cost efficient regional Delta has had and this is how you repay us. Screw you!!!!

If Delta awards them to Pinnacle or Skywest, is it not a new award?

I'm not an attorney, but I think the wording leaves an opening. I'd like to see ALPA (and the Vage) fight Delta on this one.
